Setting up a New Adjuster


The following is required when setting up a new Adjuster:

· Request a license from BCCORP if an Adjuster is being added to the list of Adjuster’s.

   – OR –

   Reuse an existing license if the new Adjuster is replacing someone who is no longer at your company.

· Setup a new Resource specifically for the new Adjuster.

· Associate the license with the Resource or transfer the Resource license.


Setting up a New Resource


The following is required when setting up a new Adjuster:


1.  Click on the Admin tab.


2.  Click on the Maintenance button.


3.  Select Standard from the drop-down menu.


4.  Select Resource from the drop-down menu.


5.  When creating a new Resource (e.g., Adjuster) who is replacing (and using the license) of one that has left the company or will need the same security and access as someone already setup:


(a) Click on the Resource Lookup button and select the Code for the Resource that will be replaced or has the same setup needed for the new Resource.


(b) Click on the Copy button.


(c) Enter in a unique Resource for the new Adjuster.


– OR –


Enter the Resource if you are adding someone with unique requirements to your list of Adjusters.


6.  With the Resource tab selected (left panel), fill in the following fields:


(a) Last Name.


(b) First Name.


(c) Email.


(d) Phone.


(e) And any other detail you require.


7.  Click on the Save button.
