10.1.  “Missing Rates” in the Charges for this Vendor 


“Missing Rates” indicated in the charge. You may be trying to put a charge in for something that’s not in the fee schedule.



1.  Go to the Case.


2. Click on the Exam that this provider has rendered services for.


3.  Identify the details relating to this Exam.


(a) Case type


(b) Ax Type


(c) Ax Service


4.  Identifying if the Provider’s rates match the services in the case.  While still viewing the Exam of the case:


(a) Click on the Edit button for the Provider.


(b) Click into the Provider field and press the F4 key.


(c) Click on the Accounting tab (left pane).


(d) Click on the Services and Rates button.


     (i) Click on the RATES Change button to see the Providers rates.


     (ii) Click on the Case Type that was previously identified in the Exam.


     (iii) Click on the Ax Type that was previously identified in the Exam.


     (iv) Click on the Ax Service that was previously identified in the Exam.


     (v) Is there a rate for this Provider in the fee schedule to match the services in the Exam? Match the Ax Service in thefee schedule with the service you are trying to bill.
