Creating Questions for all Files

Questions are sometimes created at Case level, but are created more frequently at the Exam level.


1.  Click on the Admin tab.


2.  Click on Maintenance.


3.  Select Standard.


4.  Select Question Text.


5.  Enter the Question Code or find one using the Lookup button.


6.  Enter a Heading for the new Question.


7.  Enter the Question Text.


8.  Complete all others fields as needed.


9.  Click on the Save button (on the bottom toolbar).



Applying Questions

To apply an existing question to a file,


Within the file:


1.  Click on Case or Exam in the navigator panel.


2.  Click on the Questions tab.


3.  Click on the Edit button (far right).


4.  Click into thecheckboxes for the questions you want applied to the file.


Applying a Custom Question to a File

These are used for one-off questions and are only available in the file it was created within.


Within the file:


1.  Click on Exam (in the navigator panel) that you want to apply the Question to.


2.  Click on the Questions tab.


3.  Click on the Edit button (right-hand side).


4.  Click on the New button (on the bottom toolbar).


5.  Fill in the Custom Question as needed.


6.  Click on the Save button (on the bottom toolbar).
